Risk Assesment (Abbie & Georgia)

Technical Difficulties:

If the camera began to malfunction we could check the normal things think such as is the battery broke and/or charged. If all that fails, we will bring a second camera which would be the backup in case anything went wrong, I would also check to see if they're was an SD card in the camera so that the video clips recorded on the broken camera is retrievable. If there was no SD card I would use USB lead that comes with the camera to get the clips of the camera harddrive. For a computer malfunction I would make sure that I have all the clips, photos and final cut files backed up onto memory sticks and my U: drive so that it is accessible from any computer which would keep my schedule flowing. The responsibility for these potential difficulties would be the main cinematographer in charge and the main editor.

Financial Difficulties:

If any of the actor(s) or crew member(s) needed transportation to get to the location that we chose, they may have to get public transportation. For the big film day in a public place, the director will arrange some transportation that will be able to fit all the crew and actors in as well as the props and equipment such as the prop. The other financial difficulties that we have to be careful of is when we're buying props, we do not want to spend too much on props we may not use, so we are been careful about what we're buying and it's responsible of the costume and props manager to make sure we do not go overboard with budget.

Weather:

We have to chose our days of filming carefully because filming on a rainy day may cause a risk for the actor(s) and crew member(s) if they're running about as well as the equipment as getting the camera wet could prove badly done results on the footage and leaves the risk of the camera breaking prematurely. This will be responsibility of the director, who will chose when and what days we film.

Costumes:

Due to the length of the actor's dress, we have to be careful she is able to move about it in without restricting her movement which could prove her to falling over and hurting herself. The second outfit is not so bad, as it is not as long as the first dress but all dresses need to be clean and available for our filming days. The costume and props manager has the responsibility of keeping the dresses safe and they're hygienic enough to use.
